파워볼 - SumLotto(이하 "이 앱")는 번호 생성과 통계를 위한 도구입니다. 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일 주소·전화번호를 묻지 않습니다.
앱이 만드는 정보는 대부분 이용자의 기기 안에만 남습니다(2항). 예외는 선택 기능인 문의하기입니다. 이용자가 직접 문의를 보내면 운영자가 답변할 수 있도록 그 내용이 서버에 저장됩니다(3항).
이와 별개로, 어떤 화면이 열리고 어떤 동작이 일어나는지에 대한 익명 이용 통계가 4항의 분석 서비스로 전송됩니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호는 포함되지 않으며, 생성하거나 플레이한 번호도 전송되지 않습니다.
이 수집은 앱 이용에 필수적인 항목입니다. 어떤 기능이 실제로 쓰이는지와 어디서 앱이 깨지는지를 아는 유일한 수단이라, 앱 안에 끄는 설정을 두지 않았습니다. 통계는 익명이라 이용자를 특정할 수 없으며, 전송 자체를 원하지 않으면 앱을 삭제하면 완전히 중단됩니다.
다음 정보는 이 앱이 만들어 이용자의 기기 안에만 보관합니다. 운영자나 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다.
이 정보는 앱 안의 "기록 삭제" 기능으로 언제든 지울 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 사라집니다.
이 앱에는 선택 기능인 1:1 문의 창구가 있습니다. 이용자가 문의 화면을 열고 직접 내용을 보낼 때만 사용되며, 그 밖의 경우에는 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
저장되는 정보
저장 위치 — Google Cloud Firestore의
asia-northeast3 리전(대한민국 서울)입니다.
열람 범위 — 이용자 본인과 운영자만 볼 수 있습니다. 각 문의는 그 문의를 만든 익명 식별자에 묶여 있고, 서버 보안 규칙이 다른 식별자의 읽기와 쓰기를 모두 거부합니다. 따라서 다른 이용자는 문의 내용을 볼 수 없으며, 패밀리 앱마다 문의가 별도 컬렉션으로 분리 보관됩니다.
문의 내용에는 주민등록번호·결제 정보·비밀번호 같은 정보를 적지 말아 주세요. 답변하는 데 필요하지 않습니다.
보관 기간 — 마지막 메시지로부터 1년이 지나면 삭제합니다. 그 전에 지우고 싶으면 문의 창구에서 바로 요청하시거나 7항의 이메일로 알려 주세요.
앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 익명 식별자가 사라지므로, 다시 설치하면 새 문의가 시작됩니다. 이미 보낸 내용은 위 보관 기간이 끝나거나 삭제를 요청할 때까지 서버에 남습니다.
이 앱은 아래 서비스를 이용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 방침을 따릅니다.
이 서비스들은 독립적으로 작동하며, 운영자는 이용자 본인의 문의 내용을 빼면 집계된 통계만 확인합니다.
맞춤형 광고 선택 — 앱을 처음 열면 스플래시가 끝난 뒤 광고를 어떻게 받을지 물어봅니다. iOS 에서는 시스템의 "추적 허용" 대화상자가 뜨고, 허용하시면 AdMob 이 이 기기의 광고 식별자(IDFA)로 더 맞는 광고를 고릅니다. 허용하지 않으면 그 식별자를 읽지 않습니다. 동의가 법으로 요구되는 지역(EEA·영국 등)에서는 Google User Messaging Platform 의 동의 폼이 떠서 선택을 기록합니다. 거부하셔도 앱 기능은 그대로이고 광고를 본 보상도 같으며, 광고만 무작위로 바뀝니다. 선택은 기기 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다 (iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적). 추적 허용을 대가로 보상을 주지 않으며, 두 선택지는 같은 비중으로 보여 드립니다.
분석 수집은 필수입니다 — 위 분석 수집은 앱 품질 개선과 오류 파악을 위해 앱 실행과 함께 자동으로 시작되며, 앱 안에 개별 해제 설정을 두지 않습니다. 수집을 원하지 않으시면 앱 이용을 중단하고 삭제해 주십시오.
국외 이전 — 이 앱이 이벤트를 보내는 PostHog 프로젝트는 미국 리전에서 운영됩니다. 즉 위에 적은 이용 통계는 미국으로 이전되어 저장됩니다. Google(AdMob·Firebase) 역시 유럽 경제 지역 밖 서버에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 이전은 위에 링크한 각 사업자의 개인정보 보호 방침에 공개된 보호 조치에 따릅니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호는 전달되지 않으며, 생성하거나 플레이한 번호도 이 경로로 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
이 앱에는 인앱 결제와 구독이 없습니다. 챌린지 크레딧은 앱 안에서만 얻을 수 있고(예: 원할 때 보는 보상형 광고), 현금 가치가 없으며 사거나 팔거나 옮기거나 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다.
이 앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 현금이 오가는 도박 요소가 없습니다. 모의 추첨은 금전적 가치가 없고 지급도 없는 가상 크레딧으로만 진행됩니다.

The 파워볼 - SumLotto app ("the app") is a number-generation and statistics utility. It has no sign-up and no login, and it never asks for your name, e-mail address, or phone number.
Almost everything the app creates stays on your device (section 2). The one exception is the optional Contact us screen: if you choose to send a message there, that message is stored on a server so the operator can reply (section 3).
The app also sends anonymous usage statistics — which screens are opened and which in-app actions are taken — to the analytics service named in section 4. These carry no name, e-mail address, or phone number, and none of the numbers you generate or play are included.
This collection is a required part of using the app: it is what tells the operator which features are worth keeping and where the app is breaking, so there is no in-app switch to turn it off. Because the statistics are anonymous, they cannot be traced back to you. If you would rather not send them at all, uninstalling the app stops them completely.
The following data is created by the app and stays on your device. It is never transmitted to the operator or to any server:
You can remove this data at any time with the in-app "Clear" actions or by uninstalling the app.
The app includes an optional 1:1 inquiry screen. It is used only when you open it and send a message — nothing is transmitted otherwise.
What is stored
Where it is stored — Google Cloud Firestore, in
Google's asia-northeast3 region (Seoul, South Korea). If
you use the app from another country, your message is transferred there
and stored under that country's Google Cloud infrastructure.
Who can read it — only you and the operator. Each conversation is bound to the anonymous identifier that created it, and the server's security rules reject every read and write coming from a different identifier. No other user can see your messages, and each app in the family keeps its inquiries in a separate collection.
Please do not put personal details, payment information, or passwords into a message — the operator does not need them in order to help.
How long it is kept — until one year after the last message in the conversation, then deleted. You can have it removed sooner by asking inside the conversation itself, or by e-mailing the address in section 7.
Uninstalling the app removes the anonymous identifier from your device, so a reinstall starts a new, empty conversation. Messages already sent remain on the server until the retention period above ends or you ask for deletion.

These services operate independently; apart from your own inquiry thread, the operator only sees aggregated statistics.
Your choice about personalized ads — the first time you open the app, after the splash screen, it asks how the ads should work. On iOS the system "Allow tracking?" dialog appears: allowing it lets AdMob use this device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to choose ads that fit you, and declining means the identifier is never read. Where consent law requires it (the EEA, the UK and others) a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform appears and records your choice. If you say no, the app works exactly the same and you still get the same reward for watching an ad — only the ads become generic. You can change your mind later in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). The app never offers any incentive for allowing tracking, and both answers are presented with equal weight.
Analytics collection is required — the analytics described above starts automatically with the app, to improve quality and diagnose faults, and the app provides no in-app opt-out. If you do not want it, please stop using the app and delete it.
Transfers outside your country — the PostHog project this app reports to runs in the United States, so the usage statistics described above are transferred to and stored in the US. Google (AdMob, Firebase) may likewise process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the recipients' own safeguards, published in the privacy policies linked above. No name, e-mail address or telephone number is involved, and none of the numbers you generate or play leave your device through them.
The app has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Challenge credits are earned only inside the app — for example by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.
The app is not directed at children and provides no real-money gambling. Simulated draws use virtual credits with no monetary value and no payout.
